Well I’ve been at it again - I looked up the NIH PubMed database and found out that hypnotherapy for headaches is a big deal in the medical community. Normally the researchers are pretty circumspect about their findings, careful, of course about the possible litigation or professional ridicule that may be laid on them if their findings turn out not to be true. But these reports say some amazing things like “Hypnotherapy as a treatment for headaches is more effective and has fewer side effects than drug treatment”. I nearly fell off my chair.
